I help teams consider the impact of their work on everyone it touches, avoiding zero-sum thinking. I oversee systems architecture and build out software, but the most important work I do is to amplify and direct the skills of other engineers through coaching and team building.
I currently work as an engineering manager at Square, where I lead a team building new ecommerce channel integrations to help businesses sell anywhere.
Apart from the software world, I work with Redemption Housing to build a successful off-ramp from incarceration.
